Franklin Invite- September 16, 2006

- Arrive by 6:30 a.m. Bus will leave at 6:45. This is a change in the schedule.
- Arrive with uniform on. (You may wear other clothes over your uniform)

10:20 7th Girl Race
10:30 7th Man Race
10:40 6th Girl Race
10:50 6th Man Race
11:00 Open Race (Girls)
11:25 5th Girl Race
11:35 5th Man Race
11:45 4th Girl Race
11:55 4th Man Race
12:05 3rd Girl Race
12:15 3rd Man Race
12:25 2nd Girl Race
12:35 2nd Man Race
12:45 1st Girl Race
12:55 1st Man Race

An awards ceremony will follow the last race.

Be Alert At Franklin!
- Two guided tours will be given. One at 8:45 and one at 9:00.
- Know what time you are scheduled to run.
- Start stretching at least 20 minutes before the start of your race.
- Listen, more than likely an announcement will signal what race is going to start.
- Stay off of the course unless it is your race.

Things that you might want to bring for Franklin
- Homework, a book to read, i-pod or a pillow
- Snacks or lunch (remember do not eat 3 hours before your race)
- Money there will be a concession stand or we may stop on the way back.
- Franklin will also be selling t-shirts for about $12
- Sunscreen
- Towel
- I will have my blue cooler if you want to bring a drink
